1.1 IDAB is committed to providing a satisfactory experience to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2 Refunds will only be considered for customers who have purchased a paid subscription plan directly from IDAB website or authorized platforms.
02. Refund Requests
2.1 To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at info@idabtech.com . Your request should include your full name, email address, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for a refund.
03. Grounds for Refund
3.1 We will consider refund requests based on the following grounds:
a) Technical Issues: If you experience consistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our SaaS product despite reasonable efforts to resolve the issue with our support team.
b) Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service and can provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.
04. Non-Refundable Circumstances
4.1 We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
a) Change of Mind: Refund requests based on change of mind or personal preferences.
b) Unauthorized Use: Refund requests for accounts found to be in violation of our terms of use or engaged in fraudulent activities.

5.2 If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
